Where are you located?

We’re based on Seabank Road in Wallasey, Wirral, just north of Manor Road. We’re easy to reach by bus (routes 106, 4107, 224, 411, 413 and 423) and around a 25-minute walk from New Brighton train station.

What are your opening hours?

We’re open Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5.30 pm, but you’ll also have 24/7 access. So you can work whenever it suits you. Early mornings, late nights, or weekends!

How does mail handling work?

We receive your mail securely and manage it according to your package:

  • Collection only
  • Scanning and sending via email or WhatsApp
  • Mail forwarding (included on higher packages or available as an add-on)

You stay in control and never miss anything important.

Can you forward my mail?

Yes. Mail forwarding is available on selected packages or as an optional extra. We’ll agree on the frequency and method with you upfront so there are no surprises.

Do you require a deposit?

This depends on the service you choose. For serviced offices, a refundable deposit may be required, which we’ll always confirm clearly before you move in. Virtual office packages are paid monthly in advance, with no long-term commitment.

Are there any hidden fees?

No, we keep (and always will keep!) pricing simple and transparent. Everything included in your package is clearly outlined, and any optional extras (such as additional mail forwarding) are agreed upon upfront.

Do you offer 24/7 access?

Yes. Serviced office customers receive 24/7 access, giving you complete flexibility to run your business on your own schedule.

Do I receive my own keys or access fob?

We use fingerprint biometrics at Mersey Bank Business Centre, and you can come and go freely. Fobs are available on request!

Is there parking?

Yes we have on-site parking is available, making it easy for you, your team, and visiting clients. There’s also additional street parking!

How do I apply?

How flexible are your office contracts?

We keep things flexible. Whether you need a space short-term, long-term, or something in between, we’ll work with you to find a solution that fits your business.

Do you offer business phone numbers?

Yes. Our Advanced and Ultimate packages for virtual offices include a dedicated local business phone number with call forwarding, helping you stay professional and reachable wherever you’re working from.

Is Wi-Fi included in the building?

Yes. High-speed internet is included for all office users and studio bookings.

Are utilities included?

Yes. Electricity, heating and water are included in your serviced office package — no separate bills to manage.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my virtual office package?

Yes, and you can do this at anytime. As your business grows or changes, you can switch to a package that suits your needs. Just let us know, and we’ll take care of it.

How secure is my mail?

Very secure.

 

All mail is received, stored and handled responsibly, and only authorised team members have access. Your business correspondence stays private and protected at all times.

Can I collect my mail in person?

es. You’re welcome to collect your mail during our staffed opening hours, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm.

What ID do I need to set up a virtual office?

To comply with regulations, we’ll ask for photo ID and proof of address before activating your virtual office. This is a quick and straightforward process.

Can I register my business address even if I don’t live locally?

Content Studio FAQs

Are the content studios on site?

Yes, all of our content studios are located on site at Mersey Bank Business Centre in Wirral. Each studio is fully set up and ready to use, with professional lighting, equipment, and flexible layouts to support photography, video, podcasting, and multi-purpose content creation.

Do you offer short-term or one-off bookings?

Yes. Meeting rooms and content studios can be booked by the hour, half-day or full day, making them perfect for one-off projects or occasional use.

How do I book the photography studio?

To book the photography studio, simply contact us through our enquiry form or call 0151 459 8102. Tell us your preferred date and time, the type of shoot you’re planning, and any equipment or setup requirements. Our team will confirm availability and help you plan your session to get the best results.

Do I need to bring my own equipment?

Our studios come equipped with professional lighting, backdrops, microphones, and recording equipment as standard, so you don’t need to bring your own unless you prefer to!

 

If you have specialist gear or specific preferences, you’re more than welcome to use your own equipment alongside ours.

 

How big are the studios?

Our studios vary in size to suit different types of projects. We offer dedicated photography rooms, a podcast studio, and multi-purpose content spaces with enough room for lighting setups, multiple guests, models, and equipment. If you’re unsure which studio is best for your needs, our team can help you choose.

Can I change the room layout or move furniture?

Yes, our studios are designed for flexibility. Furniture, props, and décor can be moved or adjusted to suit your shoot, allowing you to create different looks and layouts within the same session.
